Description

The Cort Double Locking II tremolo assures perfect tuning stability through the most extreme arm action for aggressive soloing or heavy riffing. The body recess means harmonic squeals raised to the stratosphere as well as dive-bombs into the abyss with the assurance that the strings will come back to tune perfectly.
Featuring a traditional open coil design with an emphasis on balance between clarity and high output, the excels not only in metal and hard rock but can be dialed back for other styles such as blues, pop and country.
High-grade flame maple top adds a luxurious aesthetic.
The push-pull tone knob potentiometer allows for the humbucker’s dual coils to be split into single-coil, providing a brighter and glassier sound ideal for genres such such as pop, funk and certain styles of jazz.
2.9mm jumbo frets allow the fingers to fly up and down the fretboard with ease and authority.
Designed for maximum speed, the U-shape profile is ideal for high-energy technical genres requiring fast alternate picking and blazing legato and tapping techniques.
